Proposed Rules and Regulations

Condo residents and owners,

Thank you for accessing the Grove at Greenleaf blog.

The condo board expects to convene a meeting in January to approve rules and regulations for the building.

You will receive a formal, legal notice of this meeting and a copy of the proposed rules and regulations in a mailing from Kass.

In the meantime, I've posted the proposed rules and regulations under the Documents section of the blog for you convenience.

Feel free to send comments and questions regarding the proposed rules and regulations to the board at groveatgreenleaf@gmail.com in advance of the meeting.

Committee Interest?

Board Vacancy

The Grove at Greenleaf Condominium Board has a vacant position for a Member At Large. Two association members have already expressed interest in filling this vacancy. However, we would like all members of the association to have an opportunity to apply. Interested members have until Wednesday September 10, 2008 to contact the Board via email: groveatgreenleaf[at]gmail[dot]com.

Also, if any member is interested in helping out the Board by serving in other ways, we definitely welcome that as well.

Building Water Outage

Please be advised that this Monday September 8, 2008 between the hours of 9am to 5pm ALL water will be SHUT OFF for repair. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Request for Proposed Association Rules and Regulations

Your Association Board is hard at work drafting rules and regulations. We want to make this condominium a great place to come home to and live.

We need your input. If you have a suggestion for a rule, please send it to the board at the email or regular mail address. The more ideas we have, the better we will be able to draft the rules.

Please have your ideas in no later than September 5th.

Hello from your board

Hello and welcome. We plan to use this web site as a way to communicate with all association members. Here you will find important documents and updates on board activities. Please check in from time to time to see if there are any updates.

This will not be the only communications tool. We will also post notices by all courtyard doors of board activities and other important notices. You will also receive mailings from time to time.
