The Grove at Greenleaf Condominium Association wants to be as bicycle-friendly as is reasonable according to our building's physical structure. The following regulations are in place:
1. Common Areas
F. ...Bicycles may be placed in the area (if available) immediately out a Unit's back entrance in a manner not in violation of any government laws or building codes, and does not limit the ingress and egress of any Unit..
2. Bicycles
A. Bicycles may be taken to and from units or assigned storage room by the rear entrances. No bicycles are to be left in any of the Common Areas except as noted in Rule 1(F). Use of the courtyard entrances is prohibited to persons with bicycles. Care shall be taken as to not mark or damage the Common Areas. Tires should be wiped clean before entering the building.
