Brickwork and Lintels

The Board is moving on needed tuckpointing, brick repair, and lintel replacement. The Board and Kass Management are working to have a contractor start work in the coming weeks.

Courtyard Project

The Board is moving on a renovation of the courtyard to start either this Fall or in the Spring. I think we will all look forward to a better landscaped courtyard.

Signs of Spring

Your Condo Association neighbor, Tom Kompare, will be out pruning/trimming the bushes Saturday February 26th, at 9am, until he's done.  If you would like to learn how to properly prune bushes, come on out and Tom will show you how.

Also, the Board will be hiring a landscape designer to help us identify the best plants for conditions, and a come up with a planting design for our courtyard.  The Board sees courtyard improvement as a multi-year project.
