The common areas of our building are inspected for pests the second Saturday of every month by Sentry Pest Control. At that time, they will do unit inspections at the unit owner's request for a charge of $8. If you have an immediate problem in your unit, you are highly encouraged to call a pest control company and make an immediate appointment. Be aware that unit owners are responsible for pest control within their unit.
